Write to us.
Bramble is free. There is no paid tier, and no support queue you can jump.
Three ways to reach us. The first is better whenever it works, because your reply comes back inside the app where you asked. The other two are here for when it does not.
1. In the app
Open Bramble and go to Settings › Feedback. Write what happened. You do not need to know what went wrong or what anything is called — “the shield says it is on but Instagram opens” is a good report.
Replies arrive at Settings › Your reports, where the whole conversation stays. Nothing is posted anywhere, and no one in your Circle is told that you wrote to us.
2. From here
If you cannot get into the app, this reaches the same place the in-app form does. We need an email address to answer you — that is the only reason it is asked for, and it is matched to your account only if one exists under it.
3. By email
If the app will not open, if you cannot sign in, or if you would rather not use the form, write to help@getbramble.app.
Tell us what you were doing and what you saw. If you can, include your iPhone’s iOS version and the Bramble version from Settings › Version. We read every message.
4. Where the reply arrives
If you wrote in the app, the reply is in the app, at Settings › Your reports.
If you wrote here, we answer by email, at the address you gave. The subject reads “Re: your message to Bramble” and never repeats what you wrote, because a subject line shows up in notification banners and on shared screens. Reply to that email and it reaches a person.
If nothing arrives, look in your spam folder, then write to help@getbramble.app.
5. Things people write about most
These have pages of their own in the help center.
- A site is blocked that should not be
- Protection will not turn on
- The Safari switches are greyed out
- The Chrome extension is not working
- Turning protection off
- Deleting your account
- Setting up Keyholder mode on his phone
6. What we can and cannot see
We cannot see your screen, your journal, or your messages with your Circle — not for support, not ever. So when you write to us, assume we know nothing about what happened and tell us the whole thing.
What we hold and why is set out in the privacy policy.
7. If it is heavier than an app
If you are in crisis, please reach a person, not a form. In the US you can call or text 988 for the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, any time. Bramble is not a substitute for care, and Find Care in the app lists licensed clinicians if you want to talk to someone.
